Come back
to yourself.
Four days in Mallorca for women who are very good at holding things together, and ready to feel something different.
She's the one who feels most herself walking barefoot on the earth, sitting beside water, watching light move through trees. She hasn't gone anywhere. She's just been buried, under the noise, the output, the years of running everything from your head.
RAÍZ is four days in Mallorca to bring you back to her.
You're here because you're very, very good at holding things together, and your body has been paying for it in ways your calendar doesn't track.
You deliver. You show up. You hold the vision for everyone around you. The life you've built works. But it was built from the outside in, by a version of you who was excellent at delivering and not so good at slowing down long enough to feel anything.
You've tried rest. It helps, then it doesn't. You come back refreshed, and within weeks you're right back where you started.
"We are not here to give you a beautiful experience in nature. We are here to hold space as you return to yourself, as nature remembering itself."Nuria & Zlatina · RAÍZ Facilitators
You're already holding more than enough. No lectures. No frameworks. No optimisation hacks.
What it offers is rarer: four days of deliberate immersion in nature, in your body, and in a container safe enough to let you unfold.
Your nervous system is being shaped right now, by every space you move through, every room designed without your biology in mind. You can't meditate or supplement your way out of an environment that keeps pulling you back into dysregulation.
But when you slow down long enough to actually be with the natural world, something settles. The constant low hum of vigilance quiets. And in that quiet, you come home to yourself.
On your first afternoon, you answer four questions alone and seal the paper in an envelope. On your last morning, you open it. The gap between the version of you who wrote those answers and the one reading them is the transformation.
Every element of the four days is designed for this: not merely a beautiful experience that fades, but a permanent shift in how you think, decide, sense, and inhabit your own life.
Exclusive use, just your group, the facilitators, and the land.
Stone walls that have held the sun for centuries. An olive grove older than any of you.
A pool at the edge of the garden where the sky goes uninterrupted.
Organic, Mediterranean, season-specific. Full buffet breakfasts and lunches, plated dinners, artisan sourdough, daily snack. Designed to support the somatic work.
When you're in nature, really in it, not passing through, something settles. A strange, hard-to-name remembering happens.
La Finca · Llubí, Mallorca
Every room at La Finca has been designed to let the outside in, natural light, garden views, linen and wood. A place that already knows how to slow you down.

"She is not becoming a 'new,' 'better,' or 'more productive' person. She is returning to herself at a depth she had forgotten she could reach."
You are not here because you're falling apart. You are here because you are very, very good at holding things together, and your body has been paying the bill for it in ways your productivity metrics don't show.
You deliver. You show up. You hold the vision for everyone around you. You have built something real, a practice, a career, a creative life, a family, something that from the outside looks not just good but impressive.
You are competent, self-aware, probably already doing the work, reading the books, doing the courses, going to therapy, asking the right questions, understanding the problem intellectually. And still, something is off.
You are looking for something that lands in the body. Something that bypasses the thinking mind entirely. You are drawn to nature, to the idea of slowing down. To beauty and to environments that feel like they hold you rather than demand from you.
You don't need to be fixed. You simply need to remember.
She has spent years creating environments for other people's lives. Her work is technically excellent. But she has drifted from the question that first drew her to design: what makes a space feel alive? She senses the answer lives somewhere in the body and the natural world, and she cannot access it from a desk.
She leads a team, an organisation, a community. She is trusted, effective, and privately exhausted by the gap between the leader role and the woman she is. She is ready to find out what she feels before she thinks what she's expected to think.
She has something she has been carrying. A decision she cannot make. A relationship that has stopped making sense. A version of herself she left somewhere and has not gone back for. She cannot answer this from inside her ordinary life. She knows that.
Two hours in a forest lowers cortisol and raises natural killer cell activity by up to 50 percent, an effect that lasts thirty days. You won't experience it as data. You'll experience it as relief.
Ten women, four days, in genuine contact with the living world. Open water. Forest bathing. Breathwork. Movement. None of it new, all of it exponentially more powerful when done in a place that isn't asking anything of you, alongside other women doing the same work.
Being in nature isn't a luxury wellness trend or a spiritual preference. It's a biological need, and it's well documented in the research.
Nuria Muñoz Arce is a systemic approach visionary, award-winning biophilic designer, and founder of Habitarmonia Academy. She has spent over a decade studying the relationship between the built environment, the natural world, and the human nervous system.
Zlatina left a career as a corporate attorney to pursue what had quietly preoccupied her for most of her adult life: the relationship between human bodies and the spaces they inhabit. Her work sits at the intersection of somatic literacy and environmental intelligence, grounded in a practice she calls embodied receiving.
