About this course

Design From Within is a foundation course in motivational design for interior designers and architects who want to understand the most important variable in their practice: themselves.

Through the Reiss Motivation Profile®, a scientifically grounded assessment of 16 intrinsic motivators, you will discover what drives the way you see spaces, make design decisions, communicate with clients, and respond to creative challenges. You will understand why certain approaches feel natural, why some client relationships flow with ease, and why others create friction — and what to do with that knowledge.

Both sessions are live and online. Maximum 10 participants.

Before you begin: mandatory pre-course requirement

To participate, you must complete the Reiss Motivation Profile® questionnaire before the course starts. You will receive it by email shortly after enrollment. You have 5 working days to complete and return it, with a firm deadline of 11 October 2026. Your personal report will be shared with you right after Session 1, so you arrive at Session 2 with your full results in hand.

Refund policy

Because this course includes a personalised Reiss Motivation Profile® questionnaire and individual report preparation, your booking becomes non-refundable once your place is confirmed and the questionnaire has been sent to you. By enrolling, you agree to this condition.
