Jo Petroni is an architect and regenerative design pioneer who transforms how projects emerge from deep site understanding. As founder of Listen to Your Land, she bridges visionary regenerative concepts with implementable solutions, helping developers and architects move beyond "less bad" buildings to create places that actively heal their environments. With expertise spanning green home design, climate resilience, and integrated team management, Jo specializes in the crucial pre-development phase where early intervention saves costs and creates investor-ready projects that belong in their place.
